OKPay - Best Liberty Reserve Master Card Provider

What is OKPay?

OKPay is an online e-currency provider that can be used as a Liberty Reserve Exchanger. They combine various online e-currencies such as Alert Pay, Liqpay, CashU and many others. There is also a possibility to use bank wire transfer which means you can have your Liberty Reserve sent directly into your Bank account.

While it's a very useful service in general the most important part that I would like to write more about here today is their MasterCard!

ATM Card for $12 USD

For just $12 USD you can have your very own ATM MasterCard delivered at your doorstep within one week. In the envelope it comes in there is all the information included that you need to activate your card and start using it.

Verification procedure

Of course you will need to provide certain documents to verify your identity before they will send you anything but it's well worth it and you don't really have to worry about your privacy since they got it covered!

The verification process is fairly easy. All you need to do is to provide them with a copy of your passport, a proof of address document (I used a bank statement) and your phone number (a robot will send you a PIN that you submit to their website). You can upload all the required documents on their website through a secure form.

Within a few hours you should have your account verified. That's where you can apply for your very own Liberty Reserve MasterCard!

The card has most of the features of an ordinary debit card, but since it is not linked to a bank account, it is issued without any credit checks.

The card’s main features and benefits are as follows.
  • The Debit Card is linked to your OKPAY account, so it can be easily managed online.
  • Online balance enquiries and statements are free. Please see the fees page for other debit card usage tariffs.
  • Only the money deposited to the Debit Card can be spent, so there is no risk of fees and penalties for spending funds you do not have.
  • There is an upper limit of US$5,000 for the Card balance but no annual limit.
  • You can share money with family and friends, while avoiding expensive money transfers, by ordering separate Debit Cards for them. Their Cards will be linked to the same account as your Card, so they can use the account for purchases in stores, by phone or online.
